Texas U-Turn Overpass + Service Roads (Dallas) [NEP]

This is an overpass intersection based on the Tollway intersections in Dallas, Texas. It features a U-turn underneath the overpass, as well as on/off-ramps.

This intersection requires the Network Extensions mod:

I would also point out this intersection handles high volumes of traffic quite well when used in conjunction with mods like Traffic++.
