Apophis Carrier - feat. Bar & Gas station (0.9)

描述
An outdated military ship, converted in a Space Gas Station to drink a beer, refill oxygen and uranium, do small reparations.

MODS : Digi's half armor block, Sage's industrial thrusters, Darth Biomech's sloped thrusters. Very classic.

Survival ready. No pistons nor sensors. No complex rotor stuff.

This ship is kindly dedicated to two SE youtubers I like, Wastedspace and Ectosage. But don't worry, all the community deserves to have a seat and a refreshment !

Features :
- Large docking area for easy landing. Almost drunk-driving resistant.
- Few external weapons for dissuasion.
- Wonky gravity drive (for ramming mostly).
- Remotely controled cameras.
- Detailed interior, lots to explore, many interior turrets.
- Heavy duty vertical thrusters to slowly crash on planets.

I'm still not 100% satisfyed with the painting. Maybe some features will be added in the future, like switch for lights. But I like it enought to share it.

Thank you if you give it a try. Don't hesitate to give me feed-back.

Yeah... LCD panels with pictures aren't really mods (I wanted to keep them at the minimum, even if I don't go for a vanilla build, everyone's taste may change, and mod can loose their creators...).

I probably go for something peaceful, to break the industrial feeling in the public areas.

When planets will be out, I may try a vanilla retrofit...
Thanks for the idea !

Love the idea and you have down a great job on this. I don 't think the paintjob is that bad for the outer hull is highly detailed. Too much detailed paintjob could kill the overall appearance i think. Maybe you could use some commercial lcd pics, to give it a more realistic look & feel, but great Job at all, keep it up
