描述
This Mod weakens the Rebels by turning down their unit quality by changing the CAI_VARIABLE_REBEL_QUALITY_OFFSET and the CAI_VARIABLE_REBEL_QUALITY_MULTIPLIER.

It does not change the compilation of the Rebels armies - it just gives them lower Tier units.

Savegame compatible.

Radious compatible.

Does this mod stop the rebels from spawning ridiculous tiny artillery armies made up of 1 general, 1 limitanii and 2 onagers/scorpions?

yes, this is a step in the right direction but the rebel artillery needs to be removed

is there a way to stop this artillery AI spam for rebels, had a rebel faction spam 6 artillery on a 12 strengh army. But thx for your changes ill try it out maybe it helps a bit
