I found this map with Google, searching XCOM models to Source Engine. But have this map. It's... not good maked, but can used as old X-COM (1995 year like). Have labs, some... enginer room (but I not have wish called them engineer...), shuttlite (alternative Skyranger, it's very bad), room for 2-3 soldiers and rocket (maybe nuclear).

I am not sure, what content needed. Because I have all Valve games installed, I recommended install CS: Source. Maybe it need.

Also, sorry for only one screenshot, because I have trouble with "env_cubemap_model" (it's maybe bug of map, I don't know).

Map is not interactive! Maybe good for scenic and comic, but... it's not good maked. You can decompile this and make a new one.
