this is incredible. But this clearly should be L3, not L1! It's okay., I'll edit the local copy myself :)

Yes, It's looking much better now. Thank you for making the changes it really improves the quality of the asset. You still have an issue though now with the LOD, it seems that it still has the white lines issue and is also entirely too bright. Not sure how you make your lods but for me I have to manually edit each window after baking lod textures to match the main model because I get pixel distortion that causes problems with using different grey values on the map. so I go back and make them all various solid colors. As you can see here the lod merges into a big bright building. http://i.imgur.com/M0P2x3q.png

@Shroomblaze - Thanks for the feedback! I'll see what I can do to fix this over the weekend. I suspect the lines showing up around the windows has something to do with the aliasing of either the specular or illumination maps.

What is ever causing those lines to show you should try to remove them all together, that will stop the frequency noise from happening.
