TTT Gauss Rifle more Balanced V2

I didn't create this mod. I only changed some values to make it more balanced in TTT and fixed the third person animations.
It ONLY works in TTT!

Changelog:
Fixed the world / third person perspective!
It no longer flies in your body.

Now does 125 Damage on the upper body, ~70 on the legs and 500 on the head.
Changed the Mag Size to 1.
Changed Mag Amount to 10.
This forces you to reload after each shoot.
You can no longer use it very effective in CQB and it is harder to do follow up shoots.
(You better hit the first time)
