Tiny Hangout Spot (1x1) (Place Anywhere)

A tiny area for cims to hangout in. Includes a lamp for nightlighting.
It can be placed anywhere on land, but don't place it too far from the road (see screenshot).
Now only uses vanilla props and removed tree all together.

I tried to keep the stats proportional with my Lovely Park, so they are quite minimal, it is only a 1x1 park after all.
