Camp Vitadee

Camp Vitadee is similar to Camp Epilson in a way due to fences for cells. Besides that, this is a unique prison that almost got scrapped. It used to be called 'Forever Outside' where the prisoner could never escape the tower guards unless they went underground or in specific areas, but that idea didn't work.
