Occupation Resistance 4 Everyone

My personal mod, note that this mod does not intent to make your game more realistic nor does it make your game more balanced. It is merely for my own pleasure.

Modifications:
1. [ALL] The AI should now also enjoy Occupation Resistance (tested)
On easy and normal the AI will get the full load, just like the player.
On hard I've given him a 10% discount whilest on very hard I gave him a 30% discount.
On legendary however he gets a 50% discount. Note that this has a severe impact on difficulty.
