描述
Completed in 1930 by architects Holabrid and Root, this Art Deco masterpiece sits on the corner of Wacker Drive and LaSalle Street in Chicago Ill. Its limestone facade towers 543 feet over the Chicago Loop.

Unique Building:
-1:1 scale
-5x6 plot
-1024x512 textures
-4900 tris
-290 tri LOD
-2.7 MB file size
-Game stats are the same as the CO Office

This building is also a test lot for the Ploppable RICO (Beta) mod, however the mod is not required.
The mod will convert the building to a ploppable office building.

That’s a cool building. Very SC3000 with that minty color.

I've got a few other models I need to get finished up, including the Woolwoth Building and the Waldorf Astoria.

That one will defiantly be on my mind when I start thinking about what to make after those are finished. ;)

Hello, I asked Koesj if he could make an asset of the Eastern Columbia Building from LA, and he recomended I come to you. I would love to see the building in game and you guys put in a lot of detail and would do a great job with it!
