P.S. The internal name of this building is "Haus Sherka 3", so you can identify it in the theme manager.

What a pity this wrong level issue didn't get fixed. With the help of the "Building theme" mod I created a L3 clone of this building and I am using this instead the original asset in my theme.

This building set is one of the two malfunctioning building sets from jens Berlin project. It supposed to be level 3, but it's set as level 2.
To disable/delete this one, look for Haus Sherka 1~5

The other one with bug is H5 Berlin tenement set/Mietskas

It seems like I'm not the only one who got issue with building level; like Lord Morpheus mentioned, it's actually level 2 buidling.

Dieses Gebäude ist verbugt. Es ist ein Level 2 Gebäude statt Level 3 wie es sein sollte. Bitte updaten. Danke
