***NOTE: THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THIS ASSET:***
Changing the budget for water causes the sewage cleaning part to not work anymore. Please be advised that this asset may not function properly as a sewage cleaning system. (thanks kasi.grog)

***Snowfall UPDATE: Seems like this building has moved to another tab under water facilities. If you cannot see it under the old section in water facilities, please check the other tabs in water facilities. (thanks jakiblue)***

"EZ" utilities and services for those looking at an easier time progressing and unlocking milestones/achievements without breaking the game.

This 2-in-1 Water Station provides water and also cleans sewage!

Comparable to having 2 Water Pumping Stations and 2 Water Drain pipes without polluting the water.
Half the cost and maintenance of the default Water Pumping Station
No electricity required.

Cost: 3000$
Maintenance: 120$/week

NOTE: Although this does not pollute - do not put this near polluted water as your cims may get sick.

Super cheap water and sewer. Zero pollution and works off the grid. What's not to like?

ALERT!!!! To anyone using this asset. As soon as this asset starts getting used by the city it creates a giant tsunami.

Make sure you haven't over built as it will destroy everything.

After the first Tsunami it runs great so long as you don't adjust the budget.

@sammywa In the beginning of a city, you do not need 100% of the budget towards anything so you lower the budget for most things and then build up slowly.

with mods up what is the reason to ever change you water budget? i never change my budget when mods are on and this asset works fine.

Love this asset but if you change the budget for water which includes the sewage of course then the sewage does not work. This was also happening before the 1.8 update. Can this be updated please to work no matter the water budget. Thank you.

After 1.8 only waterpump seems to work; sewage doesn't. :(

this mod works fine for water and sewage i use it in all my cities. only problem with it when the cims start using the system it creates a big tsunami so i put it far away from my city. great asset tho. :)
