Removes the Scout's bag
After way too long in development, have a release of my probably-long-awaited Bagless Scout. Includes playermodel and a gib, absolutely nothing else. And the playermodel doesn't have finished level-of-detail. The bones collapse and such, but the mesh itself doesn't become horrible. But hey, it still looks somewhat official from a medium distance.

Future plans include: Cosmetic fixes, proper level-of-detail, and renders for the main menu and other pre-rendered graphics of the Scout. But note they're future plans.

The model is compatible with Scout re-textures, except the shirt, which uses a texture of its own. (Put simply, re-textures will affect everything except the shirt.)

If Zwip-Zwap Zapony wants me to delete this, I will.
