描述
The United States is divided up into 50 States. There wasnt a region for rhode island so they arent in the game but there is a state for Peurto Rico so there are 50 states. The United States ceases to exist, they own no regions. Have fun playing as your home state!

I have the same problem with most mods i download off steam... must be a bug maybe they are working on fixing it? MH2.com also has mods they run well.

My computer crashes when I spend 15-30 minutes with the mod. Good mod but for some reason doesn't work too well.

PS: My computer is fairly beefy (Runs Warthunder tanks at a soild 40 fps):SBpenguin:

You can use Adobe Photoshop and Paint to add your own flags.
