Federal Re-Education Facility

This is my first succesful prison I uploaded to the steam workshop. I didn't use any mods or cheats in this, I only altered the save file to enable events.
I'll probably edit the save file when the game updates on Oct 6th so you can play as inmate.

-Low-medium danger levels are common
-500 capacity
-No protective custody
-Failure conditions, gangs, events are all enabled
-Armed guards only used to guard staff
-A lot of dogs
-Very little contraband
-5 high grade cells for the best of prisoners
-Good workshop capability
-Big workforce
-Reform programs
-20K+ profit
-Almost all grants completed
-Contraband can't be thrown in
-No gang activity (No leaders, just footsoldiers)
-Kitted out guard force
-Good CI coverage
