描述
The Hapes Consortium is an emergent faction that resurfaced recently from nebulae where they have resided for millenia. A dynasty born of a pirate clan with an appreciation for culture and empire, they are both sophisticated and simple, peaceable yet born of conflict. Hapans are unified in a desire for ever greater power, wealth, and influence.

I have unmodded game, latest ver. 1.82
Have DLCs:
Mega Events, Revenge of the Snathi, Ship Designer's Toolbox, Mercenaries Expansion Pack
Tested on my main machine and on laptop.
Faction available, no errors. :)

Something I did for myself and decided to upload. Been tweaking them so they play well while also having that Hapan flavor. Hope you guys like the faction.
