This is the blue (ie. default-L4D1-skinned) version of my Female Hunter as was requested.

Yes, I know it looks very similar to the L4D1 hunter – this is intentional.

I could argue that the face is hardly even visible on these screenshots, but what's the point?
I'll freely admit that this is a reskin of my first mod ever for this game, and it's not that good.

Do take a look at the "Nurse Hunter" I released yesterday - that one has an undoubtedly female face:
