(2) Lost Glider

Inspired by the British Forces expansion and OCF, I bring you my first dedicated competitive 1v1 map! This map is built around a glider wreck located in a graveyard, and features four cut-off points by the roads.

This is the the 9th map I have made for COH2 - I have been improving a little, but I still would appreciate any feedback. If you like the look of this one, please check out my collection for the larger maps I've made!

Horsa gliders were used for swift and surprise attacks, allowing commandos to accomplish objectives in a single blow. Unfortunately, some gliders missed their mark due to poor visibility or tow rope malfunctions. Commandos who dropped off-target risked execution if captured due to Adolf Hitler's Kommandobefehl (commando order), stating that all Allied commandos found were to be executed without trial. For these brave men there was no surrender, no retreat and no support.
