Basically, when building European towns, I found myself missing the "standard" modern village center. Where you have some local business aswell as the doctor and market etc. So I decided to make some buildings which should do the job.

first time with a Custom LOD, no custom LOD texture it seems tough (couldn't quite figure out why it didn't take it)
