Fully working colour variations and lights.

Default suspension values halfed to reduce unrealistic leaning effect.

Updated for After Dark with working nighttime headlights and improved LOD.

@Neal_911: These are all roughly 800 tris or so. All within the 500-1000 tris recommendation for vehicles.
