描述
This is one of 34 lots in my Modular Streetside Parking & Sidewalk Beautification collection (see link above).

I started out creating this set just for myself, but it continued to grow, and I put so much work into it that I decided to limit the number of dependencies (there are only 3!) and release it on the workshop. By no means do you need all 34 pieces to make a workable set, but I promise that having all the pieces will provide you with infinite possible combinations.

Great set. But it looks like people won't walk *through* them, although they will go and sit on the benches. Could you add a walking path to these? Y'know...6+ years after it was released. :p2cube:

Love the parks. How do you have cobblestone sidewalks? I'm building a city inspired in Lisbon, Portugal, and cobblestone is everywhere in our sidewalks. Thanks!

This whole set is awsome, any chance you can update it for AD? its a stalpe of all my downtown layouts.

XD If only I had such power. Maybe it's the size? There are so many little spots (if you use nice curvy roads like I do) that are (streetside) 1, 2 and 3 on the bends... and buildings look a little odd there, unless you go plant trees around them to hide the weird angles

Out of all of the parks in this set, I wonder why this one is the most popular? Is it because it's the last one I uploaded, or is it because it has the MrMiyagi seal of approval? :)
