Tropic Peninsula V2

This peninsula features a dramatic tropical river canyon just outside the playable area to the north, with a huge waterfall as the backdrop to your city, A craggy, eroded cliff frames one side of the playable area, with low hills on the other side and beaches on one playable edge. One pretty little island sits in the bay just outside the playable area to the south. Oil is scarce, and inconveniently situated, but everything else is plentiful. Good wind in the starting tile. One highway, well graded, with an exit in the corner of the start. Train tracks along the coast.
