描述
Separate your avenues with this modular cherry tree promenade. Put 2 of the 4x8 pieces back to back to create a beautiful walkway and send the smell of cherry blossoms into your busy streets.

This is the fifth in a series of parks I'm building using Chinatown assets. I know that Boformer, Soldyne, and others are working on a Chinatown theme for the Building Theme by District mod. The goal here is to create parks that will blend into a Chinatown neighborhood or any other neighborhood by using a limited number of Chinatown assets in each park. This is meant to keep the number of required items to a minimum as well.

Stats:
Cost = 250
Fire Tolerance = 20
Maintenance = 25
Low Wealth Tourists = 25
Med Wealth Tourists = 25
High Wealth Tourists = 25
Entertainment Accumulation = 25
Entertainment Radius = 250

Thanks Flippityfloo! I didn't realize that I had to subscribe to the dependencies manually - I thought it'll subscribe to them automatically when subscribing to the dependant item.

Hi Ace. Did you subscribe to all the required items listed above in the right hand column? If so, you'll see a green checkmark next to each listed item. The cherry trees need to be downloaded in order for them to show up in your game.

I can place the asset in my city and I see the sidewalk and benches, but the trees are not showing up - any idea?

It happens with many other assets as well :(
