It is located in the 'Underhell Police NPC' tab in the NPC part of the spawn menu.

This NPC has been hexed from Virginia's 'Underhell metrocop replacement'

What does "hexed" mean?

Hexed just means that this addon will not reskin/replace any models or materials inside your game. It's a win/win situation.
