The Arcturan_Waiting was a cut enemy from Wrack's days in beta.
Unfortunately, the monster was never complete and all traces removed.

This mod brings this monster back into the game
in a way I feel it would have originally behaved (based on its name).

What is the Arcturan Waiting?

This monster is a stealth monster reminiscent of the Spectre from Doom II.
However, unlike the Spectre, this monster is nearly completely invisible when idle.
The Waiting Arcturan's cloaking isn't perfect and will fail partially when on the move.
