first you have to bring up your version of starbound then once its up go to your character and press load
then you press enter or / and then type /admin


that would look like this

there are three tools once your in admin mode
/spawnitem superfishaxedrop this one drops items when mining and is best ever (will cause lag)
/spawnitem superfishaxe this one doesnt drop items
/spawnitem fishaxe this one is just strong but does drop items

i recommend /spawnitem superfishaxedrop if you have the time to spawn it in XD
