Level 1 1x1 Low Density Growable. Extends back yard to 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4. 1292 tris. 1024x1024 texture maps (including normal). With custom LOD (20 tris) with custom texture maps (128x128). After Dark compatible.

This is again a house that really exists, that fits well within my Level 1 Westhoek-style buildings.
