How to install:

1 - Click "Subscribe"
2 - Run game and wait for all addons to finish loading.
3 - Exit game and go to addons folder Steam/Steamapps/Common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop.
4 - Search for this addon file by clicking on the .jpg file with the same picture as you see above next to the video and then click on the .vpk file with the same number as the .jpg file.
5 - Open this file with the GCFScape program.

6 - Open READ ME file and click link and download file.
7 - change file name from l4d2_intro.bik to l4d2_background01.bik.
8 - Go to Steam/Steamapps/Common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/media and remove files from folder and save as backups or delete all l4d2_background files.
9 - Paste l4d2_background01.bik file (was previously l4d2_intro.bik) into Steam/Steamapps/Common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/media.
10 - Copy and paste the file 4 times, and rename to:
l4d2_background01, l4d2_background02, l4d2_background03, l4d2_background04 , l4d2_background05.
11 - All Done.
