Fi Has Faceposing only, Stone Mask as bodygroup, Skingroups (Normal Master Quest and Twilight) Ragdoll move support, Original Weights and Bones and you can pose the ends of this (arms ?) cloth With Fingerposing Tool originally this texture were 1024x1024 (Fi body) this mask was 256x128 but they were increased to 2048x2048.

This model was extracted thanks to Noesis script from Hyrule Warriors made from Chrrox Unfortunately several of the meshes ended up messy/Broken or with Missing parts (as Hyrule Warriors version of Ganondorf that lack this hair among other things) or improperly positioned.
