Lind Entertainment by Cpt.flowers
It's a level 3 Office

I attempted to recreate the Lind Entertainment building from simcity 4, complete custom model, textures and lods.

4348 tris on the base model
1024 texture resolution,
LOD texture res at 512
Custom LOD is 102 tris

its a mod that lets you place residential industry commercial and office (R.I.C.O) and it acts like a normal building but it can look like buildings like this

I hope you'll do Pedriana Pharmaceuticals and Van Prooijen Trading soon. :) Those are one of my favorite vanilla buildings.
