This mod adds a unique companion and a craftable weapon/armour set. You can find him in The Bannered Mare. Inspired by this.

It's Vault Boy, from the Fallout series, made out of balloons! Isn't this fun?! Stop screaming. Calm down and let me explain--- STOP SCREAMING.

Vault Boy can be found lounging around in The Bannered Mare, in Whiterun. His custom body also serves as his armour. He can wear other outfits, though it might look a little weird on him. He has a custom skeleton that'll allow helmets to fit properly, so those should be fine. He's also eligible for marriage if that's your thing.

His equipment can be crafted at any smithing forge. Bring leather.
