Gran Acaju's topography is challenging. Terrain suitable for construction comes at a premium. Thankfully, the island's earliest inhabitants carved elaborate terraces out of the island's mighty mountain. Still, plan to always be in short supply of space: make do with as few buildings of any type as possible (upgrading each to maximize its efficiency). Build your island economy around industries with small ecological footprints, and run energy saving tips on Radio Free Tropico. The less power your Tropicans consume, the fewer power plants will spoil your island's majestic beauty.
