Alongside the CDC assault initiative the United States Central Intelligence agency was summoned for investagative missions to find carriers of the virus and to carry out any further orders under the command of the DOD. Only a small group is to be released from the secure bunker to prevent any information of this secure area being brought to civillian survivors. The CIA will now return it's security provisions and intel back over to the secret service and only report to the president and cease all further communication with CEDA.
