Better Residential Growables (Low Density, Level 1)

Filler lots grow as a standard building, however, there is no building. Instead you will get empty space filled with a variety of props and trees. This adds a bit more variety to your city. The filler lots in this collection use up to 50 props and trees. Each time the filler lot grows, approximately 5-10 of these props/trees will randomly grow, creating a unique look each time. Since this lot thinks it's a residential lot, you will get residents living at the lot. Just imagine they really live at the house next door.

Props Required
Many of the props used with this asset are from the default library of props. However, I am also using props from the Common Props and Trees Collection and it is recommended that you subscribe to all the props in this collection. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.

Oh, the main side effect was that if I assigned it park characteristics, the zoning would clear when it levels up, leaving a vacant lot.

Well you said you could have given it a happiness rating but didn't due to other side effects, so I was wondering what sort of side effects you were talking about.

Having working parks occasionally created in zoned tiles would be neat.

It just looks like a park, it doesn't have any other park features. The game thinks it's a small residential lot.

Probably for the best that it still acts like a residential lot. Could cause some trouble otherwise, thinking about it. So, good call on that!

Also, I'm not sure if I've said it before, but all of these better homes with variable props are really cool to have around. Really adds to the life of lower-level parts of the city. So, yeah, thanks!

I could set it up to give happiness, but I didn't because there are other side effects. So, the way it is now, it just acts as a standard residential lot.

Does it actually work as a park, I mean does it add parky happiness? Would be great if it did.
