The Citadel - Mad Max: Fury Road (Brave New World)

Adds a playable Citadel civilization to the game, under Mad Max: Fury Road's Immortan Joe.
Also adds a V8 religion, which Immortan Joe prefers founding.

The Citadel is a small, yet fiercely strong tall/militaristic/religious civ, which excels at fast attacks and lightning warfare in the modern era.


UA - Triarchy of the Fury Road:

May only found 3 cities, each of which gives unique bonuses. Great generals have the movement of armor and mounted units on their tiles and grant +1 movement to units which remain nearby for 2 turns.

The Citadel starts with +3 growth, +2 faith, and +5 defense.
Gas Town gives +8 oil.
The Bullet Farm gives +15% production and +15XP towards military units built there.


UU - War Rig:

The Citadel's replacement for the Landship. Has +2 movement, the March promotion, and is not outdated until Fusion.

UU - War Boy Lancer:

The Citadel's replacement for the Anti-Tank Gun, available at Combustion. Is an armored unit, able to move after attacking and using 1 oil, with the same movement as the War Rig. Retains the bonus vs other armored units from the anti-tank gun.

The Citadel is a cluster of three rock towers that sit above an aquifer of relatively fresh water. By channeling the water through the rock, the people of the Citadel have been able to irrigate a small area of the Wasteland. It is the stronghold of Immortan Joe. Originally the aquifer was inhabited by a group of heavily armed men protecting the water resources. After Colonel Joe Moore's takeover the aquifer was rebuilt into The Citadel.

Joe maintained his control through a loyal corps of War Boys, whom are picked from The Wretched as War Pups and indoctrinated from childhood to believe that Immortan Joe is a god and following his orders will grant them eternal afterlife. The War Boys defend the Citadel, escort trade caravans, and scavenge the countryside for useful scrap and slaves. War Boys are indoctrinated into the Cult of V8 and they become mechanics first. After surviving long enough they may be granted their own vehicle and eventually become Imperators (commanders).
