Its not a duplicate, its a different building, same shape but different fron facades

Hey, thank you for your great work.
I stumbled into various duplicates of the same building in your NTC assets. For example what's the difference between this asset and https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=504323029
Just want to be sure I don't have any duplicate assets. I could really use some asset cutting :)
