Hey all!

Just another prison I built, based around a love-heart shaped lake. Pretty effective prison I must say, for a mixed security. Prison features:
- 460 Prisoner Capcity!
-Effective reform rate, only about 8% re-offend rate. Possible to get lower
-All grants are still available
-Empty and ready to go with deployment and regime optimised!
-Prison Value of 2.2Mil, and over 50k+ income a day
-Full staffed and ready to go

@matthewbontoftm I'm not entirely sure what is going on.. It seems to be working for everyone else, and it was for me too. Have you got the road gates open? Or atleast a guard standing nearby to open it?

@matthewbontoftm Hey man, I wouldn't worry about that too much! Roads usually just get a bit congested sometimes on big maps, so prison intake is usually delayed and becomes spread throughout the day. If you really want them to arrive on time, just hire heaps more workmen to help load/unload trucks. It's not overly necessary though :)
