The Terran Confederation is a democratic republic comprised of hunderds of mainly human systems. it has a President as head of state, whose seat lies in Washington, D.C in the united States, Earth Governing bodies include the confederation congress and a senate known as the great assembly and headed by the Assembly Master.

I am not using any ship styles for any of my races so that, they can be used in mutiplayer becuase ship styles fall under mods and mods can not be used online play.

I know the pic used is not president Harold Roham but I can not find any image of the President of the Terran Confederation.
