Thanks to all. I add (a lot..of) props to a unique building so it remain unique building. I'm not able to change unique to growable etc.. but i prefer working on parks and unique building so i can put them anywhere i want.

Great job here... I was looking for something like this!

And I agree completely with this building's creator about making this unique, if not possibly a park. If this was a growable, it would look strange to something so organic-looking duplicated all over the city.
