** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK banks, so i aim to bring a few to help you create the financial district you've all been dreaming of. This asset is actually based on my local Barclays Bank [www.google.co.uk]

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 4x2 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 742 Polys
  • 1,811 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (105 tris)

Would it be possible to have the logos of Your buildings as separate props?
It would help a lot when trying to customize these nice buildings for my cities.
Alternatively deliver the solution I am after, a Banhammer Bank logo instead of the RL-logos.

Is there a way to prevent having a street of 5 of these?

I have tried knocking them down but it just puts them back.

They are set to the value of 10.

@AgerassyPTY - Its a level 1 building meaning it wont level up unless you have a level 2 building of the same size in your theme.

Just wondering if you plan to add these to your current building themes mods? Perhaps a UK High Street one to split local shops, so they'd fit more into their surroundings.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, another new bank will be released soon.

@stephen.kp - I only really put them there to fill out the back of the bank a bit more as it was a bit bare. I probably need to create more props really :)
