Norderhaven (European)

Norderhaven is a typical Dutch and German inspired north sea coastal landscape. The map consists of a lot of flat land and large river outfall suitable to build a big harbour.

You have to use a map theme that supports sand instead of dirt.

- Dunes and Dikes near coast and river
- A lot of flat land with a few hills and lakes
- Large river outfall
- Premade farmland and fields (this took way too long to make...)

- A sand beach near the starting tile with characteristic breakwaters
- You can plant up to 25.000 additional trees in your city (map comes with 225.000 planted trees)
- A large river
- As always, highways with perfect and constant distance between each other, even in curves and on bridges
- Realistic and expandable railroad infrastructure
- Accessible breathtaking overlooks
- Large highway bridge and premade train tunnel crossing the river
- The possibility to build a huge harbour
- A realistic handcrafted highway interchange
- Airline, ship, highway and train connections (duh.)

If you don't want to dump you sewage into the ocean/river and ruin the aesthetics, just use the small lake in the starting tile to get rid of it. Trust me, thanks to it's innovative drainage system, it won't overflow. 9 out of 10 dentists confirm this.
But seriously, there is a water source that keeps the water at a specific level and water sources in C:S work "both ways" meaning if there is too much water, they will actually drain it.
