[23/08/2015] we've just implemented the Insane Black Rock Shooter as of today! It was a highly ambitious project and it was totally worth the while!

v2.3.0 Update - 16/05/2017
These are the changes:
- Health: From 180 to 200
- Sanity: From 120 to 100
- Insane BRS no longer gives a player sanity drain aura

Normal BRS:
- 10% Speed Boost
- 10% Damage Reduction
- Killing animals/friendly creatures lose 5 sanity
- Killing monsters gain 5 sanity
- Killing nightmares gain 10 sanity
- Killing giants gain 100% sanity

Insane BRS:
- 25% Speed Boost
- 25% Damage Boost
- 25% Damage Reduction
- Killing friendly/monsters gains 5 sanity
- Killing nightmares gain 10 sanity
- Killing giants gain 100% sanity
- Loses sanity 20% faster at night


Recipe and weapon changes:
Black blade
2 Flint, 2 Charcoal, 1 Spirit Particle
40 Damage, 10% crit chance, 150 uses

Rock cannon
1 Electrical Doodad, 1 Energy Bullet
38 Ranged Damage + 32 AoE Damage = 70 dealt to target and 32 to mobs around target
25 Melee Damage
10 Uses (Changes to Melee when on 0 uses left)

Insane Blade Claw
1 Giant Soul, 1 Black Blade, 2 Nightmare Fuel
55 Damage, 30% crit chance, 250 uses
Loses 1 sanity per attack

Insane Cannon Lance
1 Giant Soul, 1 Rock Cannon, 2 Nightmare Fuel
250 Ranged Damage
40 Melee Damage
Drains 20 sanity per attack
4 Uses (Changes to Melee when on 0 uses left)

Energy Bullet
5 Spirit Particle, 5 Charcoal
Replenishes 100% durability for Rock Cannon and Cannon Lance

Character trait

- Starts with Black Blade
- Able to craft her own special set of weapons
- Sanity drains faster during night time
- Transforms into Insane Black Rock Shooter when Sanity is low


Basic Information
Black☆Rock Shooter
- Has a 10% speed boost
- Has 10% damage reduction when hit by mobs
- Transform into Insane Black☆Rock Shooter when sanity drops below 40.
- Killing animals/friendly creatures lose 5 sanity
- Killing monsters gain 5 sanity
- Killing nightmares gain 10 sanity
- Killing giants gain 100% sanity

Insane Black☆Rock Shooter
- Becomes a 'Monster' when transformed
- Has a 25% speed boost
- Deals 25% more damage
- Has 25 damage reduction when hit by mobs
- 20% more sanity drain during night
- Reverts back to normal upon reaching 80 sanity.
- Killing friendly creatures/monsters gain 5 sanity
- Killing nightmares gain 10 sanity
- Killing giants gain 100% sanity


Black Blade
- Craftable from the science machine in the fight tab with; 2 flint, 2 charcoal, 1 spirit particle
- Melee weapon dealing 40 damage
- 10% chance to critical strike dealing 2x damage
- Limited durability, 150 uses.


Rock Cannon
- Craftable from the science machine in the fight tab with; 1 Electrical Doodad, 1 Energy Bullet
- Ranged weapon dealing 38 damage and 32 damage AOE. (70 total damage to the main target).
- Limited durability, does not break, reloadable
- Requires 'Energy Bullet' as a source of ammo (Select bullet in inventory, hover over the cannon and right click)
- When on 0 durability Rock Cannon becomes melee, dealing 25 damage


Energy Bullet
- Craftable from the science machine in the refine tab with; 5 Spirit Particles, 5 Charcoal
- Crafting Energy Bullet yields 1 bullet and replenishes 100% durability to Rock Cannon or Cannon Lance


Spirit Particles
- Is a material that can be found from mobs and through harvesting resources (anything that uses a tool to gather)


Insane Blade Claw
- Craftable from the Shadow Manipulator with; 1 Giant Soul, 1 Black Blade, 2 Nightmare Fuel
- Melee weapon dealing 40 damage
- 30% chance to critical strike dealing 2x damage
- Lose 1 sanity per attack
- Limited durability, 250 uses.


Insane Cannon Lance
- Craftable from the Shadow Manipulator in the magic tab with; 1 Giant Soul, 1 Rock Cannon, 2 nightmare fuel
- Ranged weapon dealing 250 damage
- Lose 20 sanity per attack
- 4 uses, does not break, reloadable
- Requires 'Energy Bullet' as a source of ammo (Select bullet in inventory, hover over the cannon and right click)
- When out of ammo, Insane Cannon Lance becomes melee, dealing 40 damage


Giant Soul
- A new item added from killing Giants
- Used to craft higher tier weapons

Extra information
- Rock Cannon does no AOE on bosses. (only 38 damage)
- Killing giants now has a chance to drop 1 to 4 Spirit Particles


Console spawn commands for cheaters!
Spirit Particle = energy_particle
Energy Bullet = blue_shot
Giant Soul = giantsoul
Black Blade = blackblade
Blade Claw = bladeclaw
Cannon Lance = cannonlance
