Courtiers Will Join Mercenaries

Landless males, limited to non-council and non-heirs, will decide to sign up with a merc group. If they are accepted they'll run off on adventure. If they like you enough, they'll ask your permission to go.

In the event a dynasty member rises to power in the Merc group, you now have the chance to vassalise them. But the vassalage is a fragile thing, if you or your kinsman dies, the relationship will fracture and the Mercs will toss off the yoke.

Dynasty mercs will occasionally, mtth 10 years, ask to build a base in your realm if you have an empty holding.
