A typical dutch canal house, based on an existing National monument: Herengracht 203 in Amsterdam.
Currently on the market for € 3.250.000 if you're intrested ;)

It's a level 5 high density building, fits on a 1x4 grid, can fit up to 7 households.

i cant get it to spawn either can you please make a level 1 to lvl 4 for this 1 too

Hey Klieke, nice building! I noticed there are some bright white artifacts around your windows. When I had the same issue it was caused by using black as the unlit color in the illumination map. It went away when I replaced black with 192 192 192.

@MrMiyagi: Looking good! All my assets will be updated for AD eventually and I will take this in consideration. But please be patient, I don't have a lot of time to make/update assets lately.

The lights in front are carefully placed underneath areas that stick out. The others are like security lights on the walls

There is still a huge list of things I would like to make, more Dutch houses like these is currently not a high priority.
