HWM Cosmetic Fixes/Improvements - Flap Tracker

This addon adds custom models made to REDUCE clipping when using SFM's HWM models with specific cosmetics.

The cosmetics fixed/improved in the pack are the Flapjack and the Thermal Tracker

Clipping is UNAVOIDABLE (Thanks to Valve's "Optimizations"), this addon simply reduces the clipping by a lot. You'll have to pull off some perspective tricks with renders to "Remove" the clipping errors. As for animators, you'll just have to deal with them.
