IED Sound Upgrade

I wanted a little more thump to the IED charges going off.
Since there are technically 2 charges on the IED, you now get to hear both going off at all distances.
Those with nice sound systems will really like the long range rumble of this explosion now.

Watch above video in 1080 for example sounds.

TO USE:
1.Click subscribe
2. When in game, open console using tidle key ~
3. type snd_restart in console, press enter, and then tilde ~ again to close console..
4. Enjoy

If you are like me, and get sick of always opening console, you can bind a key to a command, which lasts longer than just one session.

I use the 'p' key.

In console type:

bind p snd_restart

Then, when you start playing for the day, just press 'p'
No console anymore!
This will load ALL the custom sounds you may have suscribed to at once, for your entire gaming session.
