This adds "Makise Kurisu" from Steins;Gate into Serious Sam 3:BFE,
to use it go into "Options>Multiplayer Options>Playermodel,

So I finished watching this Masterpiece today, then my mind went like: "Why not make something for SS3?"
So I did her. She has custom Sound Effects from Phantom Breaker: Battlegrounds since she was a DLC character
added to the game.
