i'm answering a question made years ago, but in case anybody else has the same question I will offer an answer.... to get people to go to props and parks that you place, you can search for "people generator" in the workshop search bar OR use an "invisible path" to have people go to your parks and props. Invisible paths doesn't necessarily mean they will use your space as you designed but you will see people walking around and it gives a sense that people are going there. Hope that helps.
