Semi Random AI - All Campaigns

Two things always bugged me about the random AI personality mods that can be found on the steam workshop:
1) They randomized *all* the clans
2) All clans showed up as "Ambitious" and "Dependable" on the diplomacy screen.

To me it seemed like there should be a way to fix this, and, well, there is! My mod does these things:

1) The game assigns a random Ai personality to the minor factions at game start.
2) The game assigns a random Ai personality to all minor factions when their Daimyo is killed
3) The major clans and the Ashikaga are left untouched.
4) This mod works for every campaign, be it ROTS, FOTS or the base game.
