T.N.F. Countermeasure: Detachable Decoy II

This highly unoriginal but proven detachable decoy design is compatible with the decoy launchers on the Nosferatu-class Frigates.

I decided to upload it as a blueprint to the workshop so that pilots of the Nosferatu (and other future ships with a similar launcher) can upload it to the decoy projectors. This will make sure the decoys are owned by the pilot, therefore avoiding that they are fired on by the ship's turrets.
